Turnover

This branch would be ideal for someone with experience of managing a store with a minimum turnover of 1 Million.

VM skills

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing high standards of presentation across both Monsoon and Accessorize brands.

People management

As a tenacious and confident People Manager, you will be someone who is driven by the chance to lead and motivate your team to make a difference to the success and profitability of our business

Brand

We’re looking for someone with a passion for the Monsoon and Accessorize brands.

KPIs / targets 

You will have worked in a KPI focussed role and be driven by results and in improving the performance of your store, managing it as if it were your own business.  

Customer service

You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing the unique shopping experience on which we pride ourselves at Monsoon Accessorize.
