Monsoon Accessorize is one of the world's leading fashion brands, operating in 58 countries and with over 1100 stores. We were founded in 1973 by Peter Simon, who started by selling hand-block print dresses from India and Afghanistan in Portobello Market. Our style has moved on, but our Eastern influenced, ethical and exquisite fashion remains just as successful today - and Peter's still running the company.
We're now looking for exceptional retail managers to join us, people who will reflect the passion we have for our product and be proud to be a part of delivering a great experience for the Monsoon Accessorize customer.

Turnover
This branch would be ideal for someone with experience of managing a store with a minimum turnover of 1 million.
VM skills
We’re looking for someone with strong visual skills and a natural flair for fashion for this role.
People management
As a tenacious and confident People Manager, you will be someone who is driven by the chance to lead and motivate your team to make a difference to the success and profitability of our business
Brand
We’re looking for someone with a passion for the Monsoon and Accessorize brands.
KPIs / targets
Your strong commercial awareness, coupled with a proven track record in delivering results, will ensure your success in this role.
